A visual artist has made a very realistic version of the Scottish town of Paisley and for me this is mana. I saw a quote by the artist how he felt he was cheating making it dark and rainy because that makes everything look better, but this is mana for me.
Living abroad I like the foreign dark and grim stuff, but the nostalgia of a cold dark British town. I also like how it’s not finished, so you get to the end of the street and it just disappears into nothing, that’s very realistic for small isolated towns
